CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service total. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. If the card declines, the balance must be paid within 24 hours. Until the balance is resolved, you will be unable to book with any artist at The Beauty Loft. No-call/no-shows will be charged the applicable fee and will no longer be permitted to book with any artist at The Beauty Loft. We understand that illness and unexpected situations happen. Please communicate with your artist as soon as possible if you are feeling sick or need to adjust your appointment.
